SUMMARY:

As leaders, the pressure is on to increase our team’s output and deliver results. One way to do this is through creating conditions that are conducive to collaboration. Multiple studies of the modern workplace reveal teams that have the necessary skills to collaborate effectively largely outperform those which don’t. This session will explore what collaboration really is and how we can do it more effectively.

• Attendees will learn how to build trust between coworkers.
• Attendees will discover ways to get teams into the collaborative mindset.
• Attendees will explore options for facilitating effective collaboration in the workplace.
