PDU Training:  2 Technical PDU's

($20/Non-Members, Free for Members)

 

We will go through the motions of creating a project schedule using MS Project, focusing on both the Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.  We'll cover the following topics, and have an open floor time so participants can ask questions and share some of their best practices:

• Setting up the core phases, and common project tasks
• Walkthrough all of the task field settings
• Discuss best practices such as the 8/80 guildeline, setting up predecessors
• Demonstrate resource assignments and allocations
• Basic views/reports
• Baselining

We will using screen sharing via Zoom, so online participation is highly encouraged.  The link to the Zoom meeting will be sent on the day of the event to those who register.
