After spending seven weeks in West Africa on several projects and teaching project management there, Mac Curfman has learned many lessons on managing international projects. In this session, he will discuss how to conduct successful projects abroad. You will learn to enjoy the unknown, the chaos, and the people. During this interactive session, Mac will review his projects and introduce you to some Senegalese people using pre-recorded video clips.
