Educating yourself about mindset research and the ways your time, effort, learning goals, endurance, and willingness to ask for and accept guidance can help you succeed in the workplace.

• Describe the foundation of Mindset research: what it means, factors contributing to mindset development, “Fixed” vs. “Growth” Mindset
• Apply Mindset concepts to challenges in the workplace by discovering research-based strategies to identify your mindset and the mindset of others
• Educate your team about Mindset concepts
• Generate strategies for Mindset education and application
