In the current VUCA world (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity), transformation has become a constant. And the need for organizations around the world to be agile and responsive in the digital age is widely recognized, but executives are still struggling to execute transformation initiatives. Indeed, and sadly, 70% of transformations are failing. In this session, we will share the common pitfalls of transformation failures. Participants will then learn how to avoid common pitfalls and ensure that their transformative initiatives are successful. The presentation will end with how PMI is empowering changemakers with its Organizational Transformation Series.
