Often, operational managers are simply trying to survive a whirlwind of activity called a workday. At the same time, Project Managers are tasked with improving the overall operations. Though these two teams seek the same outcome, the focus required to accomplish the different roles can cause friction that may negatively impact the process we are trying to improve. How can we bridge the gap between long-term solutions and short-term operations metrics? Can two teams of professionals really come together to benefit the overall mission? Bob believes the answer is a resounding YES, and he plans to show us how we can all be successful!
